Please fill out the form completely to request facility usage and our office will contact you to confirm your reservation.

MVBC makes its facility available for use by members and non-members under the following guidelines:


  1. Please schedule the event as far in advance as reasonable.  Our building is in regular use by many different groups.  Check with our director of church calendar to determine conflicts in advance of the request.
  2. No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on church premises.  No smoking is permitted in any building.
  3. Church purchased supplies (cups, napkins, table covers, etc) are for church use only.  Community groups and non-church events should provide their own supplies.
  4. The following fee schedule applies to non-members:
  5. Use of the sanctuary - $65
  6. Use of the Family Life Center - $200
  7. Use of conference room/small kitchen - $35
  8. A refundable cleaning deposit of $100 will be applied to all non-member usage.
  9. Should a key to the building be necessary it may be picked up in advance during regular office hours and must be returned promptly following the event.


Rules of Operation:

If you turn it on, turn it off.

If it breaks, let us know.

If you move it, put it back.

If it gets dirty, clean it.

If you open it, close it
